Energy Therapy
IET is a hands on healing energy modality that clears energy blockages within our human energy field or aura.
As we journey through life, our energy field can become blocked due to physical trauma, surgery, disease, exhaustion, emotional crisis, suppressed feelings, stress, fear, self-limiting thoughts and karma. These blockages can limit our experience of life and can result in a lack of spontaneity, energy depletion and even disease. These blockages can live within the cellular memory of our body.
During an IET session, you are fully clothed and lying comfortably on a massage table. My hands are placed strategically along your chakra system, and meridians (meridians are pathways that bring the chi or energy to each organ) and allow my hands to be a healing conduit of energy. Along with feeling comforted and relaxed, an IET session helps in the healing process and in the clearing of these blockages allowing you to feel balanced and renewed.
