The definition of a health coach: “A health coach is someone who helps clients make positive and lasting changes to their total health. The health coach guides clients through the process of creating a vision for their current health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and healthier lifestyle habits, and encouraging them every step of the way until they accomplish their goals.”
That’s where I can help. I’m an Integrative Health Coach who will work with you to sort through the clutter and confusion and help you create a way of eating that is individual to you. I will help you decide what works best for your body. We believe that one man’s food is another man’s poison. Therefore, we are all unique and bio-individual. I will guide and motivate you to design a way of living that creates the ability to make healthier choices easy, to manage your stress levels, to maintain weight loss if that is your goal, to incorporate an exercise routine you will do, and most of all, to make these choices as routine as brushing your teeth. No more “I have to do this” but feeling so good that you say “I get to do this!”
We all have memories or dreams of how we have felt or want to feel. Sometimes we think it’s impossible to feel that good. What I have learned over the years is that you’ll never know what feeling better can feel like until you try!
