My Approach

My focus as your health counselor is to help you create a lifestyle that supports your body, mind and soul.  We will work together to develop a health plan that’s unique to you, that’s easy to execute on a daily basis, and that allows for you to have more energy, lose weight if you need to, and know how to shop and create a healthy and tasty meals for you and your family.

 

With the rising rates of auto-immune diseases, heart disease, diabetes, cancer,  and obesity in this country, we need to educate ourselves as much as possible so that we don’t become victim to disease. If we already have one or more of these diseases, what to do to better our current health situation.  Better health means healthier aging, more flexibility, increased energy and the ability to take care of yourself as you age.  

 

As your health coach, I will work closely with you in weekly or bi-monthly meetings either in person or on the phone.  We look at everything that you do in a single day, week, month and how everyday life stressors are affecting you and your health and your choices.  We’ll look at your daily food and exercise choices by logging into a food/exercise log app and together decide what’s working and what’s not and create the change that’s needed by holding you accountable to your new and healthier choices.
